grass withers

I love Isaiah. It's such a rich, complete book. For me, this is more of a reminder - God's word will stand forever. Everything else will fade away.


In a few days these cards will fade and start to turn brown - exactly like Isaiah 40:8 says. I always need a visual. Dead leaves are a great example that just as the grass / trees / flowers / leaves fade, so our lives do too. But God's word is still here.
